Tip: Choose the size by considering your dog’s weight and height for the best fit.
- Adjust the bottle height to fit your dog. For smaller breeds like Dachshunds or Chihuahuas, the lowest setting is usually perfect.
- If your pup seems a little confused at first, try taking the lids off. This makes it much easier for them to get to the treats inside.
- Load up the bottles with your dog's absolute favorite goodies. Mix in some of their regular kibble too, and fill the bottles almost to the top. This way, they get a good reward and start to figure out how the toy works.
- For extra enticement, put a few super-special treats right on top of the lids. This will really grab their attention!

Washing bamboo dog toys is really easy - just use some warm water and a little bit of mild soap or a pet-friendly cleaner. Don't use anything too harsh that might damage the bamboo. Give the toys a good scrub with a damp cloth or sponge to get them nice and clean, then rinse them off really well to get all the soap out.
It's important to let the toys air dry completely before giving them back to your pup. Don't put them in the dishwasher or let them sit soaked in water - that can make the bamboo warp and get weaker over time.
We understand that wear and tear can occur, especially when dogs are involved. So, if any components of our products are damaged within one month of purchase, we are pleased to offer complimentary replacements.

Our dog falls between 40-45 pounds. We didn’t know whether to buy small or large since she falls in between. The small to medium fits her paw reach perfect & bar w/tubes can be set higher or lower. It comes w/non-slip pads that help keep it steady while she spins those bottles. Bottle covers screw on tightly. So we had no issues w/covers coming off bottles. Bamboo is smooth, & it was easy to put together.
