- If your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a free replacement.
- If you would like to exchange it for a different puzzle style, color, or size, you have 14 days to do so, subject to availability. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
NOTE: Please note that chewed or damaged puzzles and parts cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if any components become damaged within the first month of purchase, we are here to replace them at no additional cost.

- Puzzles can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and the appropriate mailing address for returns. Do not send items back without first contacting us to ensure proper processing.
- Once we receive the tracking number for the returned merchandise parcel, we will promptly refund the purchase price to the original payment method used. We kindly request that you retain the shipping confirmation and tracking number for your records.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We kindly request that returns be sent via a tracked shipping method to ensure delivery.
NOTE: Please note that personalized, customized, or special order items are excluded from returns.
