I got this more as a puzzle to give my dog stimulation and make him think. It is great it took him just a little bit to figure out but it still gives him some stimulation. It can be a little hard to fill bit it is not to bad. I put my dogs food in it during meal times.

I have two small dogs (~ 20 ish lbs) and two cats. They are all able to use this toy.I’ve always been a fan of just about any treat dispensing toys out there, but when you add the slow feeder component= genius! This can keep my pets busy for hours.It’s clear they all have a different understanding of it as well, which is fun for me to watch each of them figure it out.As for negative reviews above about pets’ teeth getting stuck or the pet tipping it over, yes, these things can happen. I barely attribute this to design flaw. If there is a hole for a treat to come out of, there is a potential for a tooth to get stuck. Doesn’t matter which toy it is and that seems like common sense to me. Also, if you teach your dog the appropriate way to use the toy, they shouldn’t need to knock it over to get treats out.One should always supervise one’s pet with any toy he/she is actively using. Just about any inanimate object can become a hazard. Keep these things in mind, and you’ll have nothing but good things to say about this product.

With the virus for the past year I’ve gained a lot of weight. When I saw this great item I knew it would help. I put all my food it it and it takes hours for me to eat now. I lost over a pound just last week. Not good for soup.
